Terms of Service

La Hacienda Event Venue provides event venue rental and related services for weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and other celebrations in Gainesville, Georgia. Our services may include venue rental, catering coordination, event setup, and related amenities as described in individual event contracts.

All event bookings require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your individual event contract. Remaining balances are typically due prior to your event date as specified in the contract. Event dates are not reserved until a signed contract and deposit are received. We recommend booking well in advance, as popular dates fill quickly.

Cancellation policies are outlined in your individual event contract. In general: • Deposits are non-refundable • Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of payments beyond the deposit • Cancellations made within 90 days of the event are generally non-refundable • Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional fees Specific cancellation terms in your signed contract supersede these general guidelines.

La Hacienda Event Venue shall not be held liable for: • Damages or losses to personal property brought onto the premises by clients, guests, or vendors • Injuries resulting from the negligence of clients, guests, or third-party vendors • Circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions • Performance issues of third-party vendors hired by the client Clients are responsible for any damage to the venue, its furnishings, or equipment caused by their guests or vendors during the event.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, the following rules apply: • All events must conclude by the time specified in your contract • Maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times • Open flames, fireworks, and certain decorative items may be restricted — please consult your event coordinator • Alcohol service must comply with Georgia state law and venue policies • Excessive noise must be controlled to comply with local ordinances • The venue must be left in a reasonable condition; excessive cleanup may result in additional charges • All vendors must be approved by venue management Violation of venue rules may result in early termination of an event without refund.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless La Hacienda Event Venue, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our venue or services, including any breach of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hall County, Georgia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
